How is registration in Kyiv during a pandemic?
It is known that since the end of 2019, the COVID-19 virus began to spread in the world, which grew into a real epidemic and by the end of 2021 acquired many modifications. The capital of Ukraine is no exception, it also suffers a real disaster with the number of infected people. From time to time, Kyiv falls into the red zone, which is why local authorities declare quarantine of varying degrees of severity, from light to complete blocking of public transport.
Vaccines from various world manufacturers were delivered to Ukraine, which is enough for a complete vaccination of the population. But, unfortunately, a large percentage of citizens do not want to be vaccinated because of the notoriety about the vaccine, which was spread by false news resources, primarily on the Internet. The government cannot influence the people and cannot impose a strict quarantine, so as not to finally destroy the economy of the country, which is already bursting at the seams. But still, serious restrictions were introduced for citizens who do not have a COVID certificate. This primarily affected government agencies, where you will not be allowed in without the appropriate paper or fresh test, which confirms that you are healthy or have antibodies.
How does the ASC work during quarantine?
The center for the provision of administrative services in every district of Kyiv will not let a client inside without a certificate or the same test. Therefore, it is impossible to register the place of residence on your own.
In order to register in Kyiv, there are two options:
- Take a course of vaccination or make a fresh test for the absence of disease;
- Write out a notarized power of attorney for the vaccinated person and send him to the ASC with your documents.
There is no third option!
The same applies to registrars, who are not allowed to work without confirmation of vaccination. Accordingly, those who do not come to the workplace will not be paid their wages, or may even be fired. Thus, the Ukrainian government is trying to vaccinate all civil servants, regardless of rank and age. But in this matter, not everything goes smoothly, many quit, take leave at their own expense or go on sick leave. Also, do not forget that the number of sick employees affects the operating mode of the Central Administrative Office, because of which your registration of residence may be postponed for an indefinite period, at least two weeks.
Due to the state of the coronavirus, can I now register in Kyiv?
As mentioned above, since the end of 2021, the centers for the provision of administrative services have been operating under a strict procedure for monitoring visitors so that the number of cases of COVID-19 does not increase. But there is an option to register through a law firm. Firm “CENAT” will help clients to solve this issue in the shortest possible time. You don’t even have to visit the ASC. What is needed for this?
List of documents for registering a place of residence during quarantine:
- Passport or ID card with reference 013;
- Military ID with a mark of registration in the relevant area (only for men, citizens of Ukraine up to 60 years old);
- Identification code (at the separate request of the registrar);
- Extract and contract for the purchase of residential real estate (not registered in non-residential);
- An apartment rental agreement (if the term is more than three years, it is notarized).
For foreign citizens, it is necessary to have a temporary or permanent residence permit in Ukraine. If a non-resident submits documents for issuing an ID card, then the apartment rental agreement must be certified by a notary. You do not need to register with the military commissariat. All employees of the law firm “CENAT” are fully vaccinated and have the appropriate certificates in electronic form on the official state portal “DIYA”!
