Why enter a company phone number in the USR?
At the primary State. In registration of an enterprise, the founders are obliged to provide the center of administrative services or a notary with full information for an electronic database called the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organization of Ukraine. Namely:
- Organizational legal form of the company (PE, LLC, JSC, IE);
- The name of the company in Ukrainian (in English at will);
- Legal (actual) address with zip code, office number;
- Passport data of the founder, beneficiary;
- Types of economic activity (main and additional);
- Bodies of management and execution of decisions taken by the owner;
- Surname, name, patronymic of the director with indication of restrictions on actions (if any);
- What Charter (your own or model);
- Phone and email.
If the information on at least one item is incomplete, the company will not be able to register. If the tax service does not reach the director by phone, they may block the electronic account for reporting.
What documents are needed to be entered into the USR phone?
There are two packages of papers to perform the specified registration action. To complete the procedure quickly and correctly, a lawyer needs to prepare the following documents for registration.
Initial opening of the company:
- Own statute with correctly specified articles (if the company is opened through the charter);
- Minutes of the constituent assembly, at which the decision to create a business was made (if the charter is model);
- Card in the form established by law.
Change of contacts (re-registration):
- Card indicating the new phone number, fax, email.
Important! The head of the office or a representative by a notarized power of attorney can independently change the numbers for communication with the company.
