Consent to provide a legal address, where can I find a sample?

On the market of services for entrepreneurs in Kyiv and throughout Ukraine, there are many offers of a virtual office for companies that are just planning to register. But do not forget that renting premises is one of the most important stages in creating a new company. Letters from government bodies and courts will be sent to the director’s official office. If the correspondence is not handed over and returned to the sender with a note: “Not located at the place of registration”, big problems may begin in the form of blocking tax invoices. And this is already responsibility not only to the government of Ukraine, but also to contractors.

When choosing a virtual office, you first need to look at the contract. They are looking for it directly from those people who provide this service. It is different for each organization, and a businessman needs to choose the appropriate option according to his requirements and preferences.

Consent to provide a legal address, what does the sample look like?

There are three variants of the lease agreement for premises for the administration of the enterprise. Two of which are almost identical, and the third is fundamentally different and not suitable for everyone.

List, short description:

1. Direct lease from the owner (a very rare option and not everyone is ready to provide it). Most often it happens simply with a signature, but without a seal due to the lack of a sole proprietor;
2. Sublease (the most common option on the Kyiv market). Usually comes with a full package with a signature, seal and all accompanying documents, such as extracts from registers;
3. A contract for cooperation (if you are offered to pay and sign such a paper, you can safely refuse). Usually in such an agreement they write that someone there agrees to provide a person with an address for registering a company, but any documents for the premises itself are not what they will not give you, they will not even show you.

Important! Do not forget to ask about the postal service and confirmation of the location of your office at the place of registration. If even one point cannot be fulfilled one hundred percent, such people should not be dealt with.

See the previous block. Naturally, it is worth paying attention to the first and second points, lease, sublease. A cooperation contract is not suitable for such purposes. But also do not forget that no government agency has the right to demand from you an agreement with the business center where your company is located.

But to calm down, write down the following points in the agreement:

• Occupied area in square meters (must be at least eight);
• Amount, which was paid by the accountant for the virtual office (ask to indicate the market price);
• The location of the organization must be indicated in full, as registration in the passport (postal code, city, street, house and office number).

Also, you are required to immediately attach acts of commencement and completion of work for accounting and financial reporting, if payment was made from a bank account.
